Be advised that these terms and conditions serve as a binding agreement between us and you, outlining the rules of utilizing our exceptional services. It is imperative that you comprehend and agree to abide by these terms and conditions before availing our services. However, should you find these terms unacceptable, kindly refrain from utilizing our services.

  1. Utilization of Services

    The services we provide are intended solely for your individual, non- commercial use. Any utilization of our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. You, as the user, are expected to strictly adhere to our terms of use while availing our services.

  2. Amendment of Terms and Conditions

    It's imperative to note that these terms and conditions are subject to modification without prior notice. By continuing to utilize our services, you implicitly agree to accept any changes made at any given moment."

Booking Policy

At GoKleen+, we are resolute in delivering a truly exceptional experience for our valued customers. To ensure that our services are accessible to all who require them, we've devised the following booking policy.

  1. After Sales Service

    The validity of the service is 12 months (The validity period is calculated from the purchase date of the package).

    In the event that you have any inquiries or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly Butler via the Butler Whatsapp at 019-889 3030.

    Please be informed that our Butler service is not available round-the-clock, and you may expect a sluggish response during certain periods from Monday to Saturday (12pm-1pm; 5pm-8am). On Sundays, the service is unavailable. We appreciate your understanding.

  3. Purchase and Booking

    Prior to making a purchase, kindly take a moment to meticulously peruse the product page to confirm that the service time and content align with your needs. For your initial appointment, you may either book through our website at www.gokleen.plus. Any modifications to the booking may be requested through our App and Website and subjected to approval.

  4. Work Restriction

    It's crucial to note that this product is intended solely for general residential cleaning purposes. Should our cleaners be instructed to perform duties beyond the scope of their responsibilities, the company reserves the right to terminate the service without a refund or any deductions from the balance of the package. For further information, kindly refer to our Service Policy and precautions.

  5. Billing and Invoicing

    In the event that you require an invoice, you may easily download it from your booking account through our website and mobile apps. The amount reflected on the invoice is subject to the amount paid, and the issuer of the invoice is determined by the actual provider of the goods.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

At GoKleen+, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and that's why we have a flexible Reschedule & Cancellation Policy. However, to ensure the best experience for our customers, we have established the following guidelines:

  1. Less than 48 hours before service

    After you make an appointment, if you need to reschedule, GoKleen recommends that you reschedule it on our booking website.

    Service could not be reschedule under the below circumstances:
    1. The service cannot be changed or canceled within 48 hours of the service. No refund or the package balance will be deducted.
    2. Service can be rescheduled 48 hours before the service. No refund but the package balance remains.

  2. More than 48 hours before service

    If you need to reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours before the service, it can be done so without penalty but subjected to availability.

  3. Purchase and Booking

    Prior to making a purchase, kindly take a moment to meticulously peruse the product page to confirm that the service time and content align with your needs. For your initial appointment, you may either book through our website at www.gokleen.plus. Any modifications to the booking may be requested through our App and Website and subjected to approval.

  4. Force Majeure

    Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, landslides, etc.; government actions, such as expropriation, requisition, regional closure, martial law, travel restrictions, etc.; social abnormal events, such as wars, armed conflicts , strikes, riots, riots, epidemics, etc.; and other unforeseen contingencies

  5. Service Availability

    During public holidays (PH) and service leave dates, the availability of cleaners may be limited. Customers are advised to schedule their cleaning services well in advance to secure a cleaner during these periods. Gokleen+ will make every effort to accommodate customer requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

    We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy home, especially during special occasions or holiday periods. However, due to increased demand and potential time-off for our dedicated cleaners, it is recommended to plan and book your cleaning services ahead of time. By doing so, you can ensure that you have a cleaner scheduled to meet your cleaning needs, providing you with peace of mind and a hassle-free experience.

    Please note that Gokleen+ will do its best to inform customers in a timely manner about any limitations in cleaner availability during PH and service leave dates.

Service Policy and Precautions

Section 1 : Service Content

  1. GoKleen+ Cleaning Service

    Service Session
    ● 4 hours per session

    At GoKleen+, we offer an immaculate home cleaning experience with our 4-hour home cleaning service, staffed by a single professional cleaner in uniform, equipped with our professional tools, and held to our rigorous inspection standards.

  2. Commencement, Extension and Completion of Service

    To take advantage of your cleaning service package, it's crucial to activate and use it within the designated time frame as specified. If you fail to activate and use your cleaning service within the specified time frame, it will expire by the expiry date.

Section 2: Service Rules

  1. On Site Service Time

    GoKleen+ presents a tripartite division of its "General Home Cleaning" sessions as follows:

    Session 1 : 8am – 12pm
    Session 2 : 1pm – 5pm
    Session 3 : 8am – 5pm

    With a designated break period from 12pm to 1pm, each session is limited to 4 hours of service, or two sessions equating to 8 hours. GoKleen+ will reserve the right to review the service time from time to time and reflect on the booking page.

  2. Service Hours Coverage and Capability

    GoKleen's general cleaning service offers 4 hours per session, or two sessions equating to 8 hours, of thorough home cleaning tailored to the typical living environment. However, please note that if it is the initial cleaning session at your premises or if you request services beyond the general cleaning standards, completion of the service may not be guaranteed within the allotted time frame.

  3. Covered Servicing Scope

    The following areas and tasks are included in household cleaning services:

    Kitchen: Cleaning and sanitizing the countertops, sink, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator (exterior only), cabinets (exterior only), and floors. Wiping down the kitchen table and chairs.

    Bathrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing the sink, toilet, bathtub or shower, and floors. Wiping down the mirrors and counters.

    Bedrooms and living areas: Dusting the furniture, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming the floors, and cleaning any visible spots or stains.

    General cleaning: Taking out the trash, cleaning windows (interior only), and tidying up the common areas.

  4. Non-Covered Servicing Scope

    Please note that household cleaning services do not include deep cleaning or specialized services including but not limited to below:

    Outdoor cleaning: Cleaning the exterior of the home, windows, window blinds, patios, decks, and other outdoor areas.

    Deep cleaning: Deep cleaning services, such as carpet cleaning, cleaning the inside of appliances, silicone gums, cement / paint stains and cleaning inside cabinets or closets. Animal handling: The handling of animals (such as dogs, cats, rabbits etc.) such as showering, petting and removal of animal waste.

    Mold removal: The removal of mold, mildew, grout, or other hazardous materials.

    Clutter removal: The removal of clutter, such as excessive papers, clothes sortings, or other privacy items.

    High or hard-to-reach areas: Cleaning high or hard-to-reach areas, such as ceilings, light fixtures, and high shelves, is not included in household cleaning services.

    Others such as dish washing, dissembling home appliances, floor polishing, leather polishing, carry heavy & huge item more than 20kg, laundry, cooking and gardening.

  5. Water & Electricity Outage

    In the event of a water or electricity outage, please notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled service appointment. We will be happy to assist you in rescheduling your cleaning session. However, please note that if an outage occurs during the service or if there is no prior report, the service will be deemed as completed and claimed.

    It is important to inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth cleaning experience for you.

  6. Service Availability

    During public holidays (PH) and service leave dates, the availability of cleaners may be limited. Customers are advised to schedule their cleaning services well in advance to secure a cleaner during these periods. Gokleen+ will make every effort to accommodate customer requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

  7. Identification of GoKleen+ Cleaners

    All GoKleen+ cleaning professionals are easily recognizable in their official uniforms and equipped with the necessary tools and equipment. The service order number provided by our team is the same as the order number for your mobile phone inquiry.

  8. Personnel-related Uncontrollable Factors

    During the cleaning service, there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as illness, leave of absence, resignation, or changes in personnel, that prevent our cleaners from providing you with the service. In such cases, our customer service team will promptly inform you and provide alternative emergency measures, such as rescheduling the service or arranging for a replacement cleaner.

  9. Service Termination

    Our cleaning service reserves the right to cancel our services without refund under the following circumstances:

    Safety Concerns: If our cleaning staff determines that the cleaning service may pose a safety risk to our staff or the client, we may cancel the cleaning service.

    Non-Payment: If the client has not made payment for the cleaning service in accordance with our payment terms, we may cancel the cleaning service.

    Access Issues: If our cleaning staff is unable to access the premises within 20 minutes due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a locked gate or building, we may cancel the cleaning service.

    Unreasonable Client Behavior: If the client engages in behavior that is threatening, abusive, any sort of harassment or unreasonable towards our cleaning staff, GoKleen+ has the right & may cancel the said cleaning service.

Section 3 : Safety and Health Regulation

  1. Safety and Well-Being of GoKleen+ Cleaners
    • In the event of an accident or personal injury caused by the cleaner's own negligence, GoKleen+ will accept full responsibility.
    • If the cleaners sustain injuries while carrying out tasks beyond the agreed job scope, the client will be held responsible for covering any reasonable medical expenses incurred.
    • In the case of injury sustained due to the client's pets, the client will be held accountable for covering any reasonable medical expenses.
  2. Safeguarding Customer’s Property

    Upon completion of the cleaning service, the client must perform a thorough assessment of the property's safety. Proof of the items' integrity must be provided based on actual circumstances, should any loss or damage occur due to the cleaner's actions.

    In the event that the client is not present (having entrusted the cleaner with their key) or has confirmed that items are missing, but later discovers that property has been lost or damaged, they must notify GoKleen+ within 24 hours of the service session's conclusion. Failure to do so will result in the client assuming full responsibility.

  3. Financial Compensation for Damages

    Despite GoKleen+'s ongoing efforts to enhance its cleaners’ training, there are still various unforeseen risks associated with general cleaning services. GoKleen+ has secured insurance for each service, though it may not necessarily cover all potential losses incurred during property services. For any loss of property due to accidents during the cleaning process, GoKleen+ will bear the primary responsibility and provide compensation, to the fullest extent possible, not exceeding three times the unit price of the current service. This applies particularly in instances where the value of the lost property is difficult to determine, such as antique calligraphy, delicate furnishings, and souvenirs, etc.

    We highly recommend that clients consider purchasing optional theft and damage insurance for their cleaning service. This insurance provides additional coverage and peace of mind in the unfortunate event of any theft or damage that may occur during the service. While our cleaners are trained professionals who prioritize safety and care, having insurance ensures that you are protected against unforeseen circumstances. By opting for this insurance, you can have greater confidence in the security and protection of your property.

    Disclaimer:
    Please note that in the event of a client's failure to exercise due care and violate the following agreements, compensation will not be provided:

    1. The client must properly secure valuables such as cash, antiques, calligraphy, jewelry, jade articles, and items of sentimental significance. Cleaners will not be held responsible for cleaning and maintaining such items.
    2. Cleaners are only responsible for external cleaning of various household appliances and will not be held accountable for disassembly or internal cleaning.
    3. Cleaners will only provide cleaning services within the building and will not be responsible for cleaning the exterior of the building, including windows on the second floor or above.

Section 4 : Special Appointments

Our relentless pursuit of excellence is demonstrated by our continuous monitoring of our cleaners’ performance and quality of service, as we understand that progress and improvement may take time. We ask for your understanding and patience as we work towards delivering an unparalleled experience.

  2. Gift-Free Zone

    Our cleaners at GoKleen+ hold themselves to the highest ethical standards and are prohibited from soliciting gifts, red envelopes, or any form of compensation that may make you feel uncomfortable or disrespected.

    Should this occur, we urge you to report our customer service team. We also kindly request your cooperation in not offering gifts to our cleaners to maintain a healthy and professional atmosphere.

  3. Responsibility for Breach of Contract

    If GoKleen+ causes any harm to you through unethical behavior, our management team will promptly respond and take appropriate actions to address the situation, bearing the necessary responsibilities.

  4. Resolution of Dispute

    In the unlikely event of a dispute between GoKleen+ and yourself arising from the quality of service provided, we assure you that we will approach the matter with the utmost sincerity and engage in negotiations to resolve the issue in a mutually satisfactory manner.

Insurance Policy

This insurance policy is designed to provide protection against any unforeseen circumstances that may arise while performing cleaning services. The policy covers various types of insurance, including liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and property insurance. This policy is tailored to the specific needs of a cleaning service company and is intended to mitigate risks associated with the cleaning services provided.

  1. Liability Insurance

    The liability insurance component of this policy covers the cleaning service company against any third-party claims arising from accidents or damages that occur during the cleaning service. This type of insurance covers costs associated with legal defense, settlements, and judgments. The coverage includes damages to property, bodily injury, and personal injury.
