Most cleaning service packages include general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down surfaces, interior windows, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and taking out the trash. The maximum service height for window is 3 meter.

General cleaning tasks doesn’t include:
Outdoor cleaning:
Cleaning the exterior of the home, windows, patios, decks, and other outdoor areas.
Deep cleaning:
Deep cleaning services, such as carpet cleaning, cleaning the inside of appliances, cleaning baseboards, and
cleaning inside cabinets or closets.
Animal handling:
The handling of animal (such as dog, cat, rabbit and etc.) such as showering, petting and removal of animal
waste.
Mold removal:
The removal of mold, mildew, or other hazardous materials.
Clutter removal:
The removal of clutter, such as excessive papers, clothes, or other items.
High or hard-to-reach areas:
Cleaning high or hard-to-reach areas, such as ceilings, light fixtures, and high shelves, is not included in
household cleaning services.
Others such as dissemble of home appliances, floor polishing, carry heavy & huge item more than 20kg, laundry,

The length of the cleaning service will depend on the size of your home and the level of cleaning needed. Generally we have 4 hours session and 8 hours session.
Will the same cleaning team come every time?
GoKleen+ will assign cleaners available on your booking date thereby we do not guarantee on assigning same cleaning team. However, do rest assure as GoKleen+ engineers the way all the cleaners are trained and certified by GoKleen+ before they are able to serve you.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours to address any issues after the cleaning service is performed. GoKleen+ will work with you to resolve any concerns or provide a replacement cleaning if necessary.
Is there anything I need to do before the cleaning service arrives?
Be at home 15 minutes before cleaners arrive to ensure the cleaning services commence on time. It is helpful to
tidy up valuable and fragile items and remove any clutter before the cleaning service arrives. You may also want
to provide a list of any specific tasks or areas you want the cleaning team to focus on.
*Valuable & fragile items such as cash, antique calligraphy, delicate furnishings, jewelry, tea and wine sets,
crystal chandeliers, and items of sentimental significance.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
The service cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the service. No refund will be issued, and the service balance will be deducted. However, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before the service, it can be done so without penalty.
