What happens if no cleaner accepts my booking?
Ordinarily, our team will accept your request within a short period, ranging from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on their schedule.
Can I pay cash after the cleaning session?
GoKleen+ only accepts online payments. This includes bank transfer and
credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.
All payments must be completed through the website or app before your request is
opened to our team.
How do I make a payment?
Payments are to be made online via the app, using options like online bank transfer or credit card.
Why can’t I book my preferred time and date?
If you’re booking on short notice, it’s possible that no slots are
available. In this scenario, you’ll need to select a future date and time.
Alternatively, you can book for another slot and contact us through our live
chat with your preferred time and date. We strive to accommodate your preferences
wherever possible.
